 Your Acceptance By using or visiting the Biz eProfile website, you signify your agreement to the following terms and conditions set forth. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the services of Geraci & Associates, which is refered to as "we", "us" or "our". (1) Biz eProfiles are created and produced utilizing images and text copy gathered from a customers website. See order form regarding authorization details. We are not responsible nor liable for any errors, incorrect and/or outdated information that was obtained from a customers website. (2) We may contain links to third party video sharing websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any video sharing third party websites. In addition, by using the services of Geraci & Associates, you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from the use of any third-party websites. Video sharing websites compress uploaded video files in order to make the file smaller in size. With that being said, we have no control over the quality of any Biz eProfile video and/or audio after the file has been uploaded and compressed by any third party video sharing websites. Please Note: Our only mission is to create and produce Biz eProfiles. We will not upload Biz eProfiles to any web site or sites for a customer. (3) Under no condition is a Biz eProfile video file released to any customer until a completed order form and payment in full is received by us. (4) It is our sole discretionary right to refuse any website content that is deemed to be unacceptable. The following are unacceptable: Illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity; promotes, encourages or engages in defamatory, harassing, abusive or otherwise objectionable behavior; promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children; promotes, encourages or engages in hate speech, hate crime, terrorism, violence against people, animals, property or intolerance of or against any protected class. (5) Due to increased online 'identify theft', credit cards, debit cards and bank money transfers are not offered. Personal or business checks postal mailed to us is the only payment method.
